Refund / Cancellation Policy

Digital Downloads / ringtones (mono and poly) / truetones ("Content") All Content provided and sold by Sri Sathya Sai Sadhana Trust by means of electronic download to customers shall not be refunded. There shall also not be any cancellation of orders for Content. Sri Sathya Sai Sadhana Trust may at its sole discretion allow refunds in the event that a download is unsuccessful. The refund request must be sent to our Customer Care at support@sssst.org citing the reasons for the inability to download. In the event that a successfully purchased track has been lost by a customer as a result of a crash of the customer's hard drive or such similar occurrence, Sri Sathya Sai Sadhana Trust may re-issue the customer's licence so as to enable the customer to re-download the track. This right to re-issue however, is reserved to Sri Sathya Sai Sadhana Trust at its sole discretion.
