1) Download Instructions
1.Once you've purchased a track, go to the My Account (Purchase History) portion of the site andclick Order No and select the album or track you would like to download.
2.Click on the link to the track, It will indicate the location where you would like the track to be downloaded.
3.If the track download is interrupted for any reason, you can return to the My Account section of the site to re-download your track at any time.
4.All digital downloads are delivered in WMA / MP3, Microsoft's secure audio format.
5.Windows Media Player 7.1 or higher is required to play your WMA track. To check if you have version 7.1 or higher installed on your machine, launch your player, click on "Help" and then select "About Windows Media Player."
2) How to play a track?
Playing a track is simple. Just go to the folder where you have saved your downloads and double click on the track you want to hear. This should automatically launch the Windows Media Player.
If you are having problems playing your download, check the following:
Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements.
Make sure you are opening the file using Windows Media Player software that is compatible with Microsoft's Digital Rights technology. If Windows Media Player is not your default music player, you can correct the problem by right-clicking on the file while holding down the shift key. A menu will appear. Select the "Open with" option from the menu. A dialog box will appear. Select "Windows Media Player" from the list of programs, check the "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" checkbox. and then click the OK button.
3) Lost password?
I lost my password, what do I do?
If you have lost your password, Goto Login Page and Click Forgot Password, answer the questions .This questions are based on your Account Information. Once you answered correctly your Password will be re-sent to your Mail-Id.
4) System requirements.
Hardware Requirements:
Minimum 32MB RAM (Win98/Me), 64MB (Windows 2000)
50MB of free hard disk space
Sound card
Speakers / Headphones
Network or Internet connection (Recommended 56K or higher)
*Playing digital content can be CPU intensive and quality may be affected if system resources are low or if multiple applications are running simultaneously.
